Let’s talk about the Price-Value Disconnect – those times where what you’re charging is not aligned with the value you’re providing and how that kills your sales.
What’s the right balance? There is a key way to find out.
So perfect to hear right now / Just almost finished building out the products for my wife’s Grain Free healthy living cookbook. It has morphed into Inspired by Ros with a membership and app with not only recipes, but support with meal plans, monthly guests and cooking lessons. $197 / yr is the price point with $147 launch now you got me wondering if it should be more !!
Don Crowther It has been suggested $27 / month or $199 yr – so many things to consider but the value is huge if someone has autoimmune issues and needs to cook this way plus a community to support them. If the App was not there I think it would be different but with the app membership I think of it like this “ you are sitting in your office at 4pm wondering what to cook for dinner, you scroll through options and pick one. Then on your way home call into the grocery store and pull out your phone to get ingredients from the recipe. Then arrive home and follow the steps on how to prepare. (Our daughter has been testing it like this and loves it) thanks for your wisdom every day
Don Crowther I love psychology and thinking behind. My true passion and I coach so much about pricing. How come we don’t quite implement our own coaching… ugh.
So helpful. I am launching a membership for founding members at $997 / year or $97 per month. This is giving me confidence.

I’m not an expert in that market, but it’s certainly worth thinking carefully about. $12/month?
